ATRIO Health Plans was established by Oregon physicians in 2004 and has since grown to serve thousands of members in Clackamas, Douglas, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Lane, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties. Part of our mission is to deliver high quality health care at an affordable premium, leverage the talents of our people and partners and foster deeper community connections.

As fellow healthcare professionals, P3 understands the unique challenges that come with providing value-based care. That’s why P3’s mission to embrace a care model that gives patients the tools and resources they need to better manage their long-term wellness and gives providers a profitable way to spend more time with patients, and less time on administrative tasks and between-visit care.

P3 teams are led by physicians and clinicians who have spent their careers working within healthcare practices and administration serving patients. P3 believes physician engagement is crucial, and the most direct path, to improving patients’ outcomes and enhancing experiences.
