Compliance Program
As a Medicare Advantage Plan and recipient of federal funds, ATRIO Health Plans has the responsibility to ensure the integrity of health plan operations. This document reflects the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) interpretation of the Compliance Program requirements and related provisions, as adopted and implemented by ATRIO.
Standards and Ethics
ATRIO Health Plans will conduct its business in compliance with all federal,
state, and local laws, rules and regulations in a manner consistent with
the highest standards of business and professional ethics.
If you believe anyone who is or was employed by, contracted with, or otherwise
associated with ATRIO Health Plans has done any of the below, please
report this immediately to ATRIO's Medicare Compliance Team:
- Violated any federal, state or local laws, rule or regulation;
- Behaved in a manner that does not meet business and professional standards and ethics;
- Acted in a way to create an unsafe environment by use of violence, harassment or discrimination; or
- Directed you to act in a way that is illegal, unethical or unsafe.
