Jeff Fox, CEO

Jeff Fox

The President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) Jeffrey Fox has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Fox has been with ATRIO since July 2020. Prior to his leadership role at ATRIO, Mr. Fox was the President of Gorman Health Group with oversight of all practice areas – a position he held for 17 years. His responsibilities included strategic direction, market strategies, profit and loss, sales and market activity as well as managing a staff of over 100 employees and 150 independent contractors. Prior to his work at Gorman Health Group Mr. Fox had a long and varied career in Medicare Managed Care.


Carrie Barker-Settles

Carrie Barker-Settles

The Chief Sales Officer (“CSO”) Carrie Barker-Settles has over 25 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid. Mrs. Barker-Settles has been with ATRIO since February 2021. Before her leadership role at ATRIO, Mrs. Barker-Settles was a Sales Leader at UnitedHealthcare – a position she held for 11 years. Her responsibilities included market strategy development, sales, and marketing activity as well as developing agent distribution channels, community outreach, and building brand awareness at the community level. Before her work at UnitedHealthcare Mrs. Barker-Settles spent 12 years at Health Net of Arizona in various sales and customer service roles.


Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson JD, LLM serves as the General Counsel of ATRIO Health Plans and has been with the company since 2011. Charles manages all legal affairs involving ATRIO, including strategic initiatives, board governance, compliance, regulatory issues, contracting, and corporate transactions. He provides counsel on a broad range of legal, business and operational matters to the company’s board of directors and the executive management team. Charles received a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University, his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark, and an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Washington.


Diane Hollie

Diane Hollie

Diane Logan Hollie, Chief Marketing Officer, has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Ms. Hollie has been with ATRIO since February 2021 and was working with ATRIO almost a year before that as a client of Gorman Health Group. Prior to ATRIO Ms. Hollie was the Vice President, Sales Marketing and Strategy at Gorman Health Group for over 12 years. Her responsibilities include developing marketing, sales and product strategies for clients as well as shaping their strategic direction. Prior to her work at Gorman Health Group Ms. Hollie held a leadership position with a direct response agency that specialized in Medicare and healthcare for almost 20 years.


Darci Juris

Darci Juris

The Chief Communications Officer ("CCO") Darci Juris has worked in the Medicare marketing and member communication industry for over 23 years, joining the ATRIO family on April 5th, 2021. Prior to her leadership role at ATRIO, Ms. Juris directed a Medicare Part D marketing team at OptumRx, for almost 10 years, creating member communication materials for Part D clientele. She began her Med D journey at Health Net of Arizona where she remained for 8 years. Following that, she led a marketing team with Anderson Gorman (a subsidiary to Gorman Health Group), spent a few years at an advertising agency for Med D direct marketing, and then landed at Caremark CVS for a year. Ms. Juris brings years of Med D knowledge and expertise to our team, is highly motivated, personable, and dependable.


Elizabeth Gartman

Elizabeth Gartman

Elizabeth Gartman serves as the Chief Operating Officer for ATRIO Health Plans. Elizabeth oversees operations and vendor relationships that are required to assure our Medicare Advantage and dual-eligible members have access to affordable high-quality services and benefits. Elizabeth joined the ATRIO team in October 2020 with over 27 years of experience within the health insurance industry. Elizabeth earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. Elizabeth has designations as a Health Insurance Associate (HIA) and as a Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).


Jane Scott

Jane Scott

Jane joined ATRIO Health Plans in February of 2021 as the Chief of Clinical Operations where she is responsible for clinical operations and quality. Jane has held previous leadership positions, most recent being the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Innovations at Gorman Health Group (GHG) for many years. Jane brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry as one of the industry leaders on the topic of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Special Needs Plans, development, and implementation of Models of Care as well as expertise in Special Needs Plan audits.


Jordyn Flynn

Jordan Flynn

The Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) Jordan Flynn has over 24 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Jordan has been with ATRIO since April 2021. Prior to her leadership role at ATRIO, Jordan was the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Evolent Health – a position she held for 6 years. Prior to joining Evolent Health, she was the National Compliance Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC. (PwC), where she assisted numerous health care clients with operational and compliance-related risk assessments, CMS readiness reviews, delegation oversight, audit deficiency remediation, policy development, new plan education and implementations. Jordan was a Senior Consultant at Gorman Health Group, LLC, (GHG) where she served in a variety of leadership roles across areas of plan compliance and operations to address areas of non-compliance, regulatory audits, and training. Jordan also served as the National Director of Product Integrity/Compliance for UnitedHealth Group’s Community & State Division (UHG); as well as the National Medicare Compliance and Operations Manager at Health Net, where she worked for nearly 10 years.


Ken Stoll

Ken Stoll

Ken Stoll, ATRIO’s Chief Growth Officer, has been working with ATRIO since June 2019. Mr. Stoll has served as an operating partner of Chicago Pacific Founders leading the Medicare Advantage platform. Mr. Stoll served as President, Resolution Health, Inc. where he led, managed, and oversaw the overall operation, products, account management and consumer/provider messaging and behavioral economics for Population Health Insights. Prior to Resolution Health, Ken was a Senior Vice President at Accretive Health, a leading healthcare revenue cycle management provider. Mr. Stoll oversees and manages the organization's growth and employee engagement through the identification and implementation of various growth initiatives.


Lesley Weir

Lesley Weir

Lesley Weir, Chief Risk Adjustment and Quality Officer, has over 30 years’ experience in the Medicare Managed Care industry, with specific expertise in operations, risk adjustment and quality improvement. Lesley joined ATRIO in April 2021. She has a demonstrated track record of assisting health plans in meeting operational and revenue goals, as well as developing innovative strategies to improve member’s health and experience. Prior to her leadership role at ATRIO, she held various leadership positions at multiple provider-owned Medicare Managed Care Health Plans and a large national plan. She also spent six years working in the vendor space supporting Medicare Advantage plans across the country with their risk adjustment and quality programs.


Roshan Desai

The Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) Roshan Desai has over 18 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Desai has been with ATRIO since April 2021. Prior to his leadership role at ATRIO, Mr. Desai spent time in leadership positions at Gorman Health Group and Universal Health Care group. His responsibilities included managing the Medicare bid process, financial feasibility for new and expansion markets, budgeting and forecasting, maximizing operational performance, and oversight of all key Medicare financial reconciliations.


Stuart Levine

Stuart Levine

Dr. Stuart Levine is currently an Operating Partner for Chicago Pacific Founders specializing in Care Model Innovation supporting current companies as well as founding new companies in this arena. Dr. Levine is on the board/ executive advisor of a number of health care companies including XSELL (Health care IT), P3 (PCP led global risk medical IPA), ATRIO (Medicare Advantage Plan), MyCare (global risk PCP led medical group) WellBe Senior Health (Home Care for the chronically ill and frail), Windstone Behavioral (BH medical group), VIM (health care IT), Luna (PT) and HealthMap (CKD chronic care), and VillageMD (primary care global risk). He is also a Founder of Agilon health and previously worked as the Chief Medical and Innovation Officer for Agilon Health, a physician group and IPA platform providing integrated and coordinated care in multiple geographies powered by advanced technology. Dr. Levine is also the Director/ Chief Physician Strategist at Google Health.


Tina Bailey

Tina Bailey

Tina Bailey brings over 30 years’ experience as a knowledgeable resource in Medicare Advantage and Part D, with an emphasis on Special Needs Plans (SNPs). Her areas of expertise include compliance, audits, applications, operational readiness, delegation oversight, marketing materials, bid development as well as appeals and grievances. Prior to joining ATRIO, Tina served as the Vice President of Compliance Solutions at Gorman Health Group where she led the compliance consulting team and its engagements to ensure optimum solutions. Before her 10-year tenure at Gorman Health Group she held multiple management positions at Medicare Advantage plans within the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Tina is certified as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Health Care Compliance Association.
