In Oregon, ATRIO Health Plans is an Oregon PPO and Dual-Eligible HMO Special Needs Plan (SNP) with Medicare and the State of Oregon contracts. ATRIO Health Plans has been approved by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to operate as a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) through 12/31/2024 based on a review of ATRIO Health Plans SNP Model of Care. In Nevada, Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans is a Nevada PPO with a Medicare contract. Other providers are available in our network. Enrollment in ATRIO Health Plans / Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans depends on contract renewal with Medicare and/or the State of Oregon; these contracts renew every year. If ATRIO Health Plans / Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans reduces our covered service areas, or these contracts end, expire, or otherwise do not renew for any reason, you will not lose your Medicare and/or Medicaid coverage. If your plan is affected by these changes, you will be given written notice before your coverage will end with other options for coverage available to you. ATRIO Health Plans / Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans will continue to cover your health care and/or prescription drugs until your new coverage begins. Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat ATRIO Health Plans / Saint Mary’s ATRIO Health Plans members, except in emergency situations. Please call our customer service number or see your Evidence of Coverage for more information, including the cost-sharing that applies to out-of-network services.
