Medication Therapy Management

ATRIO Health Plans is pleased to offer a free service to help ensure you are getting the most value from your medications and in the safest manner.

Many people are living longer, more active lives with the help of prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements. When you take the right medicines in the right way for the right health conditions, they are safe and effective tools for good health.

ATRIO Health Plans contracts with OutcomesMTM™ to offer Medication Therapy Management services to ATRIO Health Plans members who meet certain criteria. Through the OutcomesMTM, specially trained Personal Pharmacists are available in communities throughout Oregon.

These pharmacists do much more than dispense drugs. They are there to help you get the best results from your medication while keeping out-of-pocket costs down. By using an OutcomesMTM Pharmacist, you can get the extra attention you need to keep your medication therapy on the right track.
