Klamath County is a partial county in our Service Area.  All zip codes are covered except 97425, 97731, 97733 and 97739.

ATRIO works with Cascade Comprehensive Care (CCC) to provide quality health care to its members in this area. CCC helped found ATRIO Health Plans in 2005 to provide affordable health plans to Medicare beneficiaries.

CCC’s network consists of the majority of primary care physicians and specialty care physicians in the community as well as the local community non-profit hospital, Sky Lakes Medical Center.  These medical providers are committed to providing services to enhance the overall health of the community in the most cost-effective manner possible.

CCC coordinates the needs of member enrollees, physicians, hospitals, other health care providers and those with whom it contracts – an added benefit for ATRIO members.

While other providers are available in CCC’s network, ATRIO’s members will benefit from this unique relationship between ATRIO and CCC.
