ELIGIBILITY

You can join an ATRIO MyAdvantage plan if you are entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in our service area. 

 

 

Oregon counties of Douglas, Klamath* and Washington. A Medicare beneficiary must live in the service area to be eligible for ATRIO Health Plans.

 

*ATRIO is not available in the Klamath County zip codes:

97425, 97731, 97733, 97737 and 97739

 

 

If you are already Medicare-eligible, you can join an ATRIO MyAdvantage plan during the annual enrollment period from November 15 to December 31 each year. Your coverage will be effective January 1 following the receipt of the enrollment form.

 

In addition, you can enroll in an ATRIO MyAdvantage plan during the Open Enrollment Period between January 1 and March 31 of each year as long as you do not add or drop prescription drug coverage.

 

If you are near your 65^th birthday, you can enroll with ATRIO during the three months before or after you birthday month. Once you turn 65 your coverage will be effective the first of the month after you sign up. (You must have enrolled in Medicare Part B prior to enrolling with ATRIO).

 

People under 65 with disabilities may also be eligible to join an ATRIO MyAdvantage plan.

 

Other situations such as if you have recently moved into the service area, if you are losing employer coverage or if you qualify for the Low Income Subsidy for Medicare Part D may also make you eligible to join ATRIO.
