ATRIO Health Plans is a Medicare Advantage plan that offers Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options as well as a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Special Needs Plans for Dual Eligibles (those with both Medicare and Medicaid). Our company is supported by the trusted physicians who care for individuals and families in Douglas, Klamath, Marion and Polk counties in Oregon. We're part of your community, and we have a long-term commitment to meeting your needs.

ATRIO Health Plans is a health plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Oregon Medicaid program. This contract is an annual contract. The plan can choose to not renew their contract with CMS or the plan may reduce its service area and no longer offer services in an area. CMS may also choose to not renew the contract. These situations would result in termination of enrollment in our plan.
