Enroll Now Employers have two options for quoting and enrolling in coverage with ATRIO Health Plans. Quoting and Enrolling through Healthcare.gov You are not required to enroll in a plan through Healthcare.gov. However, if you are a qualified small employer then enrolling in a Healthcare.gov qualified plan is the only way to preserve your opportunity to claim the Small Employer Tax Credit. Qualified small employers are those with less than 25 full-time equivalent employees (FTEs), have an average annual wage of less than $50,000 and which contribute at least 50% toward the cost of the employee-only premium. For more information about this important tax benefit, please consult your tax preparer, legal counsel or visit the IRS website at: https://www.irs.gov PLEASE NOTE: At this time, the Small-employer Health Options Program (SHOP) through Healthcare.gov is not operational. To preserve your eligibility to claim the Small Employer Tax Credit, simply be sure to let us know and we will issue a group insurance contract on that basis. Quoting and Enrolling direct with ATRIO Health Plans You may enroll on a direct basis with our company.
